Must Know Before You Go for Hot Air Balloon Dubai
- Please arrive at the hotel lobby 10 minutes before scheduled departure.
- Passenger pick-up time in between 3 AM and 5 AM, depending sunrise time and hotel's location.
- The Hot Air Balloon in Dubai package depends on the subject to availability.
- Please be patient in cases of unforeseen delays along with the pick-up route as this is a shared transfer.
- Passengers are not allowed to carry Gun, Lighter, Professional zoom camera, Luggage Bag, Alcohol and Knife.
- Passport copy / Emirates ID / UAE Driving License are required to be shown.
- Passengers having serious heart, knee & back bone surgery/ problems and any other medical conditions are not allowed.
- Passengers who had major surgery, broken leg/arm or any chronic back or neck pain or injuries in the last 6 months are not allowed.
- Ladies who are more than 3 months pregnant, kids below 5 years of age and adults above 80 years of age are not allowed to participate in the Hot Air Balloon.
- This experience has weight restrictions. The maximum weight limit for 1 adult is 120kg. People weighing above the limit will be charged double.
- It is mandatory to sign a declaration stating that you don’t fall under the following criteria before the tour commences or you will be denied entry: Women more than 3 months pregnant , children less than 5 years of age, anyone more than 85 years of age, serious heart problems or any other medical conditions will not be suitable for this trip, anyone who had major surgery recently within the last 6 months, anyone that has had a broken leg/arm, anyone who suffers from chronic back or neck pain or injuries, anyone who has a phobia of height, serious heart problems or someone with mental health and emotional or physical disabilities
